Markets

A report by Marsh found that there had been a 30% increase in captives writing employee benefits and cyber lines. Read the story here.

A class action suit against captive manager Artex, Arthur J. Gallagher and Tribeca Strategic Advisors has been dismissed. The suit alleged a breach of fiduciary duty, negligence and civil conspiracy. Read the story here.
