Global broker Arthur J. Gallagher have made a move, to help with the growing demand of captive insurance enquiries made by their clients.

Josh Clark, formerly the Business Development Director of the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance, has joined AJG in what is a newly developed role.

Jessica E. Govic. Gallagher Area President Tennessee said “This newly developed role will focus on the structuring and development of captive solutions, as well as act as a relationship manager with our captive managing partners”.

Josh spoke to  Captive Review “The last two years have been incredible and I want to thank Commissioner Lawrence and the rest of the department for their support during my tenure with the state.  I am very proud of all the accomplishments we collectively achieved and couldn’t be more excited to continue that momentum back in the private sector at Arthur J. Gallagher.”

Josh is a well know figure in the Captive Insurance marketplace and Jessica added “We are very excited to welcome Josh Clark to our production team in Nashville. He not only understands the captive landscape here in Tennessee, but he has worked with numerous insureds and captives across the globe. He will be a valued asset to us in continuing our expansion of services, and as we say here at Gallagher, ‘we are just getting started.’”
