Submit your content proposals for the 2025 European Captive Forum by 31 March for them to be considered
The European Captive Forum returns in 2025 to the European Convention Centre, Luxembourg, and we are now inviting the captive community to influence the event’s agenda by submitting content proposals here.
Submissions will close on 31 March 2025, at 11:59 GMT.
This is your opportunity to suggest the topics, formats, and speakers that address the most pressing issues and trends in captive insurance.
Each submission should include:
- Topic Title
- Recommended Panel/Speaker Participants
- Topic Description (60 words)
Key dates to remember:
- March 31, 2025: Deadline For Submissions
- May 2025: Submitters Notified of Acceptance
- October 26, 2025: Deadline to Submit Slides of Presentations
- November 5-6, 2025: European Captive Forum
Utilising Captive Review and the European Captive Insurance and Reinsurance Owners Association (ECIROA)‘s extensive experience of organising captive insurance industry content-led events, the European Captive Forum is the biggest event dedicated to captive insurance in Europe.
At its last staging in 2023, there were over 800 delegates from more than 20 different countries, including more than 350 risk managers – over 60 of which were prospective captive owners.
