RMC appoints new captive risk consultant

RMC Group have announced that Courtney Boles has been appointed as a captive risk consultant.

She will also have responsibility of captive relationships and building business for the captive division of the firm.

Boles worked for Artex for a decade until last September, when she took a sabbatical. She held a number of positions over the 10 years including captive analysis manager and assistant captive manager, benefits.

“After my sabbatical on a remote tropical island, I’m recharged and excited to be back in the insurance industry,” Boles said.

“I’m happy to partner with a company like RMC Group that is cutting-edge and diverse enough to offer myriad risk management strategies, yet still retains personalized service.”

Boles has helped form captives in 14 different domiciles, working with pure, cell and group captives. She will complete her Associates in Captive Insurance (ACI) from ICCIE next year, and is already an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI).

“We are excited for Courtney to bring her knowledge and experience to our team at RMC. She will be an asset from day one and we look forward to her success,” Mark Ewell, Executive Vice President of Risk with RMC Group, said.
